Biography
Vladislav Shvedchenko is an advocate of the Moscow Region Chamber of Advocates, No. 50/10425 in the unified state register of advocates.
He has worked with individuals and legal entities in the legal field since 2020.
He specialises in criminal, civil, arbitrazh and administrative cases (Administrative Procedure Code), administrative offence cases (Code of Administrative Offences) and more, and provides qualified legal assistance in matters of any complexity.
In 2020 he graduated from the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in law, criminal law track.
In 2022 he graduated with distinction from the Speransky Law Faculty of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) in corporate law.
Since 2022 he has been a doctoral student at the Law Institute of the Russian University of Transport (MIIT), writing a PhD thesis in criminal law sciences.
Teaching and research
He has taught Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Legal Foundations of Combating Drug Abuse, and Project Work.
He is the author of articles on criminal law and procedure, including in journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission.
