Since 1990 the association has worked on matters that shaped Russian practice in asset recovery, privatisation and reputation defence.
The first major case. Golden ADA
Participation in the recovery of state assets moved abroad. The case became the foundation of the association’s work on cross-border investigations and cooperation with foreign jurisdictions.
Legal services to the Office of the Representative of the Russian Federation at the ECHR
Preparing legal positions and handling cases before the European Court of Human Rights, including analysis of case law and procedural documents.
Privatisation projects
Legal support for transactions and restructurings during the formation of the Russian market: risk assessment, documentation, defence in disputes.
Representing the Government of the Russian Federation
Acting for the state in disputes involving foreign parties, including before international bodies.
Removing false information from social networks
Protecting clients’ honour, dignity and business reputation online: removal of publications, retractions and recovery of compensation.
